Wendell Robinson
General Manager
Wendell Robinson founded Extra Mile Properties in 2015 with a singular vision to find and renovate homes on the South Side of Chicago to ensure that members of communities that have endured systemic under-investment have high quality housing options to own or to rent.
Prior to working in real estate redevelopment, Wendell enjoyed a successful career as a software engineer and cybersecurity consultant for several Fortune 500 companies including Adobe, Oracle and Symantec.
Adrienne Irmer
Director of Retail Sales
Adrienne Irmer is a licensed real estate agent in Illinois and is the lead listing agent for all of our rehab projects. She also works with our clients to find new homes to purchase or rent.
Prior to joining Extra Mile Properties, Adrienne worked as a legislative affairs coordinator for Cook County where she helped shepherd legislation through the Cook County Board of Commissioners.
